Brokerage inquiries: name, phone, email, transaction and property type, area, budget and message are used to receive, assign and answer your inquiry.

Agent applications: name, phone, email, license number, experience, preferred area, current office and message are used to review and respond to applications.

Submitted information is retained for one year after the inquiry or application is completed and then deleted. Earlier deletion may be requested unless retention is required by law.

We use Supabase, Resend and Google Sheets to process submissions. ChannelTalk or KakaoTalk policies also apply when you choose those channels.
